SIGF appSubmit your mashup
Submit your mashup
Made a mashup? Send us its GitHub repo. We check it, credit you on its card, and it ships in the SIGF app as a beta, one click for every player who owns the games.
How it works
- Automatic pre-check, right away: the repo is public, its license, its latest release and its files, and that the games are ones SIGF knows. It reads public GitHub data only and runs nothing.
- Review by the SIGF team: we read the source and the release files, scan them with Microsoft Defender, and write the one-click install. The same check as every mashup in the app.
- Listed as beta, credited "Community · by" your GitHub name, with links to your repo and its issues page so players report bugs to you.
You get a private status link to follow it. No account needed.
Your mashup
What makes the review quick
- A public repo with an open-source license (MIT, Apache-2.0, GPL). Without one we can only link to your release, not host it.
- A GitHub release with your mod's files as plain files or a .zip, not an installer. No release means we build it from your source, which takes longer.
- The source of every .dll and .exe you ship, in the repo.
- A README that says how to play, and Issues turned on, for bug reports.
Submission terms
- You have the right to share it. It is your work, or its license lets you share it, and you credit the people whose work it uses.
- No ripped assets. No game files, ROMs, models, textures, sounds or logos taken from a game. Look-alike art you made is fine. A mashup may read the player's own copy of a game on their PC.
- No cheats. Nothing that touches a game's official online mode, and no anti-cheat bypass for online play. Single-player, or your mashup's own servers.
- Nothing harmful. No malware, downloaders, data collection or hidden network calls.
- We may decline any submission, or take a mashup down later, and we tell you why on your status link. Passing the pre-check is not an approval.
- Credit and links. If it is listed, SIGF shows your GitHub name, your repo and its issues page, and may host your release files with their license. If you want it taken down, tell us.
